Step by Step

1. Click Record a screencast. The screen recorder will load.
2. Switch to the program that you want to record. If necessary, resize the frame so that everything fits on the screen.
3. If you want to add audio commentary (recommended!), check the sound settings.
4. Click the Record button. After a three-second countdown, recording will start.
5. When you're finished, click Done.
6. Fill in your name and email address, a subject, and a short description in the corresponding fields and then click Upload. The video will be sent to the Citavi support team.
