You can save images and videos to a reference as quotations. In the Reference Editor, switch to the Quotations tab and click Image or File.

Enter the page numbers the quotation is taken from in the Page range field and click Add file.

Choose the file. It is usually preferable to copy it into the → Citavi project.

Add any other useful information such as a caption, keywords, or categories.

You can now open and view the image from within Citavi or insert it into your publication.
