Click Reference.

Choose the appropriate reference type from the list.

There are several different kinds of books. Use the Quick Help to choose the correct reference type.

Enter the bibliographic information. You can press → Tab to move to the next field. If your book has an ISBN number, you can automatically add the book's information. → Adding a Book by ISBN Number

Do you want to see how the book will appear in your bibliography? Click Tools and then click Show current reference in citation style.

This is how the reference will appear in the bibliography. To change the appearance of the citation, → choose another citation style.
