You can export the categories you create in Citavi to Word or Writer.
You can then use these categories as an outline for a publication.
Switch to the Knowledge Organizer by clicking Knowledge.
On the Tools menu, point to Export category system and click To Word (or To Writer).
Save the file.
Citavi tells you that the export has completed successfully.
