Converting Citavi Fields to Static Text

You used the Add-In for Word to create a publication that you want to submit to a publisher. The publisher requests a document without fields.

1. Open the document containing Citavi fields.
2. On the Citavi ribbon click Convert > Save a copy as static text.
3. Citavi creates a copy of the Word file. Save the Word file under a new name.

Submit this document to the publishing house.
