Sharing Grouping Definitions

By exporting a grouping definition, you can use it in another project:

Exporting a grouping definition

1. On the Citation menu, click Group bibliography > Create or edit grouping.

1. Select the desired grouping.
2. Click Export.
3. Choose a location for the file, for example the Desktop.
4. Click Save.

Importing a grouping definition

1. Open the desired Citavi project.

2. On the Citation menu, click Group bibliography > Create or edit grouping.

2. Click Import.
3. Choose a location for the file, for example the Desktop.
4. Click Open.
