Assigning Groups

The easiest way to add a reference or knowledge item to a group is to drag it to the group.

  1. On the View menu, click Show group column or press ALT+6.
  2. Select the reference or knowledge item with your mouse.
  3. Drag the reference or knowledge item to the desired group.
     

You can add references and knowledge items to groups even if the group column is not displayed:

  1. Select the reference or knowledge item with your mouse.
  2. Right-click the reference or knowledge item.
  3. On the shortcut menu, click Assign groups.
  4. Select the desired group.
  5. Click OK.
